Earn Generous Freebies with the Players Card at Circus Circus

The Circus Circus Players Club in Las Vegas offers generous casino comps. Casino comps in Las Vegas may be used for free meals at restaurants, room nights, shows at other MGM properties, airport limo transportation and even airfare reimbursement.

Casino comps (or casino comp credits) earned in their own casino comp programs, accumulate differently based on the game type, slot machine type, denomination, average wager and length of play.

You must sign up for the casino players card. Most casinos offer one. It is free. You'll earn casino freebies like cash back, hotel stays, restaurant coupons, gifts, free plays, and more. Don't lose out. You played, now collect your casino freebies.

Not only is their Players Club generous, I personally found the Circus Circus slots to pay nicely. Other players agreed.

Some slot machines in certain casinos do not pay very often nor very much. I was pleased with the exciting slot play action at Circus Circus. Other folks I talked with in Las Vegas, told me that the Bellagio, Stratosphere and Treasure Island are not good places for slot play win action. The Hard Rock Casino is not too hot either. Just passing that tidbit on.

The Circus Circus Players Club desk is located in the Main Casino next to the Las Vegas Blvd. entrance indoors. You will need your driver’s license or identification to sign up. The desk attendants are very polite and helpful in every way. They will take your information (name, address, phone, etc.). They do not ask for your social security number.

If you have a partner / spouse and are living at the same address, you may sign up under one Players Club account. In this way, each of you will be assigned your own card, and will earn credits under your own name but in a joint account. Still, each person earns their own comps based on their own point levels achieved. Point levels are based on the amount of play or gambling action sessions.

Having a joint account will avoid receiving extra same mailings to your home address.
If you don’t want your spouse to find out your amount of gambling action, you might want to avoid the joint account strategy. Sign up under your own account.

You’ll get your Players Card and a springy cord with a belt clip attached. I recommend you use the cord. Clip it to your belt loop and slide your card in your pocket when you’re not using it. This will avoid you accidentally leaving it in the machine or losing it.

If you do happen to lose your Players Card, don’t despair. No one can steal your points. Just go back to the Players Club desk and they will issue you a new card. Your points reside in their electronic system and your own account.

You can earn casino comps for table play as well. A $10 minimum average bet is required before your play will be tracked. Present your card to the dealer when you first join your favorite table.

The slot machines have no bet minimum to earn credits. You simply slide your credit card size Players Club Card into the card slot on the front of the machine. Make sure the card slot reader displays “card accepted”. You don't want to miss out on any casino freebies.

Casino comps may be spent within 12 months. Your points stay active a bit longer at 18 months. They offer a new member bonus for signing up. You will receive your first 200 points for $5 cash back or $10 free slot play and also one free room night for your next trip. Comp dollars earned are yours to use now or save for a later trip back.

Free room nights do not come out of your casino comp balance. Every calendar year that you earn 5,000 points, you receive an extra $50 in free slot play.

Card members get 10% off in Circus Circus retail outlets for card members.

One problem I did experience frequently is that you may have to insert and reinsert your players card in the slot before it displays “card accepted”. Your points are only registered once your players card is accepted. Make sure your players card is accepted, so you don't miss out of any casino freebies.

If the machine won't accept your players card, the card reader might be malfunctioning. So, you might consider going to a machine that does accept your players card.

You must insert your players card in each new machine session. If you are anything like me, I move around the casino floor to many many slot machines. You must insert your players card each time and make sure “card accepted” displays each time.

Go to the Players Club desk for a casino comp update at least two days before you leave. You may have food comps or free slot play you’ll want to use on that trip. You’ll be amazed how quickly the casino comps build up at Circus Circus.

Most every casino in Las Vegas has their own comp program. The Players Club Card at Circus Circus earns credits for play action there. Circus Circus players card cannot be used for credits at other casinos. The credits may only be redeemed for casino comps and used at Circus Circus. Not to worry, they have an assortment of restaurants and options you may choose from.

Another fun Las Vegas casino benefit is that servers will bring you free cocktails or drinks while you play. More casino freebies to enjoy. Remember to tip.

Best Pizza Ever in Las Vegas

If you're looking for the best pizza ever in Las Vegas, the Pizzeria At Circus Circus, in the Main Casino, is delicious. The large pizza is enough for at least four people with a hardy appetite. It’s a fantastic bargain at $17.95 and good! We had the taco pizza. It was loaded with goodies and lots of cheese.

They also have a large selection of salads (House, Italian, Chef's and Antipasto) ranging in price from $4.95 up to $8.95. And, the usual Italian style sandwiches (Meatball, Italian, Sausage & Peppers and a Big Topper) ranging around $7.

They don't stop there. There are calzones, buffalo wings, and spaghetti too.

There was no skimping on toppings at the Pizzeria at Circus Circus Casino. I highly recommend it if you love pizza. They have different varieties to please any palate. Some of the varieties include Pesto, BBQ Chicken, Chicken Fajita, Garden, Tropical and all meat.

You don’t have to venture far from the slots to get there either. They are situated adjacent to the Main Casino at Circus Circus in Las Vegas. You can view part of the casino from your table.

The decor is rather plain with the booth style seating, but the food is fantastic. They are open from 11 am to 11 pm.

If you are in the mood for some sweets afterwards, walk across the aisle to Krispy Kreme for a yummy dessert.

If you’re too tired to dine out, the Pizzeria will deliver your food order to your room for an extra $2 as long as you are staying at the Circus Circus Hotel & Casino.

Generous Comps With the Circus Players Club Card in Las Vegas

We’re back from our week long vacation from sunny Las Vegas. The slots were kind to me. On one occasion I started with $13 and walked away $120 ahead. It was difficult to walk away from a winning machine but the stomach growls were beckoning me to eat.

Most of the slot machines in the casinos are now coinless. While they take bills, they do not take coins. There are still some coin machines around, but they are getting fewer and far between now. I prefer it personally. The coins are noisy, dirty and a pain to lug around.

Just remember to collect your winnings (credits) before you walk away from your machine. Keep your winnings (printed tickets) in one place so you don’t lose them or convert them to cash at the cashier’s cage at the end of the session.

Sign up for the Casino Players Card and earn your casino comps. You spent your money, now get something back. You deserve it. They want to give it to you. Don't miss out on any casino freebies. Most casinos offer their own Las Vegas players card.

The Players Club at the Circus Circus is a very generous casino comp program. It’s free, so sign up. At the end of day, as a new member, I received two free room nights for my next trip, cash back and food comps that amounted to three buffet meals for two. They offer a number of restaurants at the Circus Circus where you may dine free on your food comps. The buffet is only one of them. Accruing Las Vegas comps will help ease your budget.

The Circus Circus has three casinos. I played in all three, although enjoyed the Main Casino the most. You accrue credits on your casino Players Card in all of them. Make sure that your players card is inserted correctly. The card reader will show “card accepted”. If your players card is not inserted correctly, it is not registering your plays. In that case, you might consider moving to a machine that does accept your players card.

I recommend you check on your casino comps at least a couple days before you leave. I did not check on mine until the day I was leaving. Because of that, I left some casino comps on the table. But, I’ll have one year to return and get my Las Vegas coupons for the casino freebies.

I enjoy the penny and nickel machines. I feel that I get more slot play action with less money. But, I bring some extra fun money to drop in the Wheel of Fortune, Progressives, try for the cars, and take a shot at the Jackpots on the $1 and quarter machine fills. Someone will win. You can’t win, if you don’t play it.

While I did not come home a millionaire winner, it was a GREAT time ! I’m already looking forward to going back.

Get your casino freebies or other Las Vegas comps. Don't miss out on their free comp programs that reward you with gifts, entertainment, hotel stays, restaurant coupons, and more. You earned it. Now go forth and collect.

How Much to Tip in Las Vegas – Tip Etiquette and Guidelines

The service industry workers in Las Vegas depend largely on tips as income. Regular wages for these workers are very low and hardly enough to survive on. But, tipping in Las Vegas is not mandatory or automatic. Instead, a tip is a reward for good service.

The question is who should be tipped and how much. The following tip guideline is a short list of the most common circumstances where a gratuity is considered polite. Demonstrating proper tipping etiquette to these hard working folks in Las Vegas is always appreciated.

Tip Guidelines, Tip Etiquette, Gratuity or Tip Amount Suggested:

Taxi Cab Driver & Limo Driver Tipping – Tip 10 to 20 percent of fare.

Housekeeper or Hotel Room Maid Tipping – Tip $1 to $5 per day – more for special requests.

Casino Dealer Tipping – Tip the amount of your typical bet (at least every hour of play) or 10% of winnings.

Bell Attendants & Skycap Tipping – Tip $1 to $2 per bag

Shoe Shine Tipping – Tip $2 per pair

Hot Las Vegas - Best Time to Visit Naked Las Vegas

Naked Las Vegas or hot Las Vegas has lots of string bikinis, topless pools, European sunbathing, glistening muscles, male strippers, topless dancers, burlesque striptease bars and showgirls. Just a few naughty but nice samples of what you'll find in sexy Las Vegas. Naked is in, when in hot Las Vegas. Either as a spectator or participant.

They resemble pickup babes you'd find in other cities. You'll find lots of naked men and naked women in Las Vegas. And, it's just entertainment, in hot Las Vegas.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas - Really!

When is the best time of year to visit Las Vegas for you? When should you dress up and when may you take it off is a common question.

Weather in Las Vegas may or may not be a consideration for you personally. If it is, following are some tips and weather averages for Las Vegas to help you.

Today on March 22, 2008, the weather in Las Vegas is warm and sunny with a high of 77 degrees F and low of 51 degrees F.

Year round, overall, the weather is mild to hot in Las Vegas, and usually dry and sunny. For sunbathers and swimmers, the summer season is preferred and runs mid May through September.

For those that prefer a stroll around town, spring and fall is best for walking the Strip. The evening temperatures are typically cooler. So you may want to wear a light jacket, sweater or shirt to be most comfortable.

The summer can be extremely hot in Las Vegas and can top over 100 degrees. But, thankfully, all the casinos and hotels are air conditioned. The nights are warm and delightful as the sun goes down and the city sparkles of neon lights everywhere.

There are more hot things about Las Vegas than just the weather. And not just the strippers in Las Vegas.

The typical stormy, rainy months are January and July. The months that show the highest average of precipitation are January, February March, July and August.

While each season in Las Vegas brings its challenges, it is becoming more popular every year. With more than three million visitors each month, and rising, you are wise to make all of your reservations as soon as possible.

That means not only your air and hotel, but any show, events, tours, clubs and popular restaurant reservations.

Shows tend to sell out and getting into a favorite restaurant may be up to a two week wait. Check Stub Hub for tickets (Put Las Vegas in the search box or choose your city as Nevada, then Las Vegas.)
Buy & Sell Tickets on StubHub!

But whatever time of the year you go, make your reservations early to get the best values. Plan at least three weeks to a month in advance. The earlier the better. It is always a good time to visit Las Vegas.

The Average high and low temperatures for Las Vegas are:
January - High 60.0° F - Low 37.0° F - Rain 0.59 in.
February - High 66.0° F - Low F 41.0° F - Rain 0.69 in.
March - High 73.0° F - Low 47.0° F - Rain 0.59 in.
April - High 82.0° F - Low 54.0° F - Rain 0.15 in.
May - High 91.0° F - Low 63.0° F - Rain 0.24 in. Getting Hot In Las Vegas
June - High 102.0° F - Low 72.0° F - Rain 0.08 in. Getting More Hot in Las Vegas
July - High 108.0° F - Low 78.0° F - Rain 0.44 in. Hot in Las Vegas
August - High 105.0° F - Low 77.0° F - Rain 0.45 in. Still Hot in Las Legas
September - High 98.0° F - Low 69.0° F - Rain 0.31 in. Cooling Down - On the Way
October - High 85.0° F - Low 57.0° F - Rain 0.24 in. Turning the corner in Las Vegas November - High 69.0° F - Low 44.0° F - Rain 0.31 in.
December - High 60.0° F - Low 37.0° F - Rain 0.40 in.

Compare the temperatures, and rain or precipitation averages in your own city to get a better idea of what these ratings mean in real life terms to you. For example, the weather this year in Cleveland, Ohio, today is 27 degrees and snowy. This is a perfect time for me to be in Las Vegas. I will be there very soon. My trip is already in the works.

Happy Trails !

Find Your Slot Machine Faster - Slot Candle Meaning - Know What It is

The colored tube on the top of casino slot machines and video machines is called the slot candle in a Las Vegas casino. The slot candle is designed for the convenience of the slot player.

The top color of the slot machine candle is always white. This is the call light. Some refer to it as the change button. If there is a problem with the slot machine or you need assistance, just press the button near or on the slot candle or on the slot machine front play panel.

The top portion of the candle will light up to indicate to an attendant that you need assistance at that particular slot machine, in a Las Vegas casino. Then, you will not have to leave your machine to find an attendant. The attendant will come to you. For example, when you win a jackpot.

Slot tips for the avid player.

The bottom of the tube indicates the denomination of the slot or video machine in Las Vegas. The color coding of the casino slot machine candle makes finding your desired machine type easier. Spotting a nickel or fifty-cent slot machine from across the room is much easier than wandering around a casino to find the desired slot machine denomination.

Casino slot machines are also identified on the front play area of the individual machines. For example, typically a dollar slot will be identified with $1 posted above the play buttons. It is what it is.

Besides color coding, the slot candle will flash brightly to indicate a jackpot win. Another situation to cause a slot candle to flash is a tilt or other machine problem. A flashing slot candle also alerts an attendant that change is needed for the player or hand payout of win is required.

Slot machines are typically placed in a circular carousel or bank rows and grouped by denomination in casinos in Las Vegas. In other words, if you spot one quarter machine, there are many more in the surrounding area.

The color coding is simple, denoting the slot candle meaning: Red for nickel slot machines 5¢, yellow for quarter slots 25¢, gold for half dollars 50¢ (also called fifty-cent slots), blue for dollar slots $1.

Now that you know what the slot candle colors mean, you will be able to spot your favorite denomination from across the casino floor. Hope this helps, so you’ll have more time having fun playing the Las Vegas slot machines.

There are lots of slot machine jewelry pieces to choose from. Who knows, one may become the "Lucky Charm." Save items to your slot machine jewelry shopping cart. You can always change your mind before checkout.

Or, find more selections.

Don't risk getting caught up in paid online gaming. It's illegal in the United States. There are plenty of games to purchase that will get you ready for Las Vegas slot machine action.

Shop and add items to your Slot Games shopping cart. You may always change your mind at checkout.

Hair of the Dog Debunked - Hangover Facts and Remedies

Most casino’s in Las Vegas will provide you free drinks (to adults over the age of 21) as long as you keep playing the slots, video games, sports, or any of the of dealer and gaming tables. Too many drinks will result in a hangover. The culprit is the chemical reaction alcohol, its resultant toxins, compiled by dehydration, have on the body.

Delve into the inner-sanctum of one of the most popular places on Earth - Las Vegas. Find the inside dirty stories and secrets from an inside view. Ten years as a Las Vegas cocktail server can clue you in.

Some beverages are more likely to make you sick than others if you overindulge. Wines and liquors contain congeners, which are complex organic molecules (impurities) that are a byproduct of fermentation, distillation and the manufacturing process. They also impart flavor and aroma. Congeners, in general terms, includes byproduct substances such as methanol, ethanol, and acetone for example. A higher concentration of congeners in a beverage will increase the likelihood of a more severe hangover.

The largest amounts are found in red wine and dark liquors such as bourbon, brandy, whisky and tequila. Clear liquors and white wines contain less congeners. Thus, liquors such as light rum, vodka and gin are considered to cause a less severe hangover by comparison.

Wine also contains sulfites. This chemical is often added as a preservative against spoilage and oxidation. They also occur naturally in most wines. Sulfites is also known to cause severe headaches in some people. In general, the cheaper wines have more congeners. It’s often better for you to drink less of a better quality of wine.

Find your signature cocktail. Modern hip sips.

It takes time to recover from a hangover and varies in degrees by individual. It is best to stay with one drink type for the night. Mixing drinks will expose you to more variety of congeners that your body will have to deal with. This can lead to more severe hangover symptoms.

The following seven alcoholic beverages are touted to cause the worst hangover symptoms, according to the British Medical Journal. They are listed in order of the worst to least. Brandy is top of the list of offenders.

1. Brandy
2. Red wine
3. Rum
4. Whiskey
5. White wine
6. Gin
7. Vodka

Anyone who has had a hangover knows how miserable it is. There are many supposed remedies to soothe the pain of one. One of the most popular remedy is called “hair of the dog.” This is drinking a little bit of alcohol when you wake up (or come to). While it may seem to ease the symptoms, it actually delays the inevitable. The effects of the alcohol will actually take you longer to recover from it.

There are some remedies that do have scientific fact behind them, and may offer some relief. Following is the list of some majors and the reasons why they work. (The information provided here is to give you general information only - not medical expert advice. This posting is not written by a doctor, but offers tips I’ve found helpful, and may provide information to help you research further if you are interested.)

Fried or Fatty Foods:
Eating it the day after a night of heavy drinking is too late to do you much good. In fact, it may irritate the stomach more and cause you to spend some uncomfortable time in the bathroom. But, eating it before drinking, actually does have some prevention benefits. Fried or fatty foods take longer to digest and will coat the stomach longer, reducing the absorption of alcohol.

Eggs:
Having a good breakfast after a night of partying will help to replenish the body from all the damage its been put through. Eggs contain a substance called cysteine. This substance helps break down the hangover-causing toxins in the liver caused by drinking.

Bananas:
Eating bananas the morning after a night of drinking replenishes the body with much needed potassium, lost from drinking. Other potassium-rich foods are dried fruits, potatoes, unsalted nuts, or drinking a sports drink can do some good. Try the famous Elvis sandwich favorite, made with sliced banana and peanut butter. It’s a taste treat that can help you feel better too (as long as you don’t have a peanut allergy).

Water:
Drinking a glass of water for every alcoholic beverage will help dilute the toxins in the stomach. It will also help slow down drinking, giving the body more time to deal with the alcohol. Drink a few glasses of water before going to bed will help too. Replenishing the body with lots of water the next morning will help combat dehydration. (The body, generally, can process about three-quarters of an ounce of alcohol in an hour).

Fruit Juice:
The fruit sugar in juice helps to naturally increase the body’s energy level. It also helps increase the rate which the body gets rid of the toxins left over by the alcohol. Fruit juice is also high in vitamins and nutrients that were depleted by drinking. Vitamin supplements such as Vitamins high in C and B can be helpful as well.

Soup:
A bouillon soup contains some vitamins and nutrients that can help ease the punch. It will also help to hydrate you. Soup with lots of goodies like vegetables or meat is even better.

Warm or Hot Bath:
This will help you sweat and release some of the toxins that are making you ill. Just not too hot that you become weak or dizzy. Go to the hotel’s Spa for some relaxation and relief. The Spa staff will be happy to formulate a plan to get you back on track.

Painkillers:
Certain over-the-counter painkillers are more effective for easing the hangover than others. But beware, acetaminophen with prolonged alcohol use, has shown to cause liver damage. If your stomach is not sensitive, you might try aspirin for the headache and relief of aches associated with drinking. Make sure you eat something if you do. Taking aspirin, or any medication, on an empty stomach can cause more problems.

Over-the-Counter Hangover Cures:
The only medically proven ones to work are those that are carbon based. This means it contains an activated charcoal. The effect of filtering qualities of carbon reduce the impurities the body has to process on its own. While they are not miracle cures, they offer some help but must be taken before you start drinking. Some so called miracle cures simply contain vitamins and minerals. In that case, you’ll likely be just as well taking a vitamin with a large glass of water instead of spending your money on any of those expensive claims.

General Remedies:
Some of the popular myths are the hair of the dog. Drinking more alcohol only creates more toxins in the already congested body.

Eating burnt toast does not offer any special benefits because it's charred. Eat it burnt only if you like it that way.

Ever peel a beer label and declare, 'I drink, therefore I am'?

Drinking coffee does not reduce the toxin effect of alcohol. The caffeine in coffee is a stimulant. It may wake the person up, but it won’t sober him up. Caffeine tends to dehydrate rather than hydrate. Better to drink water, juice or a sports drink until you start to feel better.

Neither will a cold shower do much good. In fact, it may have adverse serious affects. Alcohol reduces the body’s temperature and so does a cold shower. Too much of a temperature drop can be harmful. Also, it is dangerous for a drunk person to go stumbling about on a wet floor.

A hot bath or shower may be good. Not too hot that you pass out, however. Warmth will open the pores and help release toxins out of the body. Exercising to ‘sweat it out’ may make you feel better or simply just plain tired. A relaxing way to release some of the toxins is at the hotel Spa. Remember, you are on vacation in Las Vegas. Take a break for the day and be good to yourself. You deserve it.

I hope they serve beer in Hell. I'll miss it if they don't.

Antacid Tablets or Liquid:
Calcium Carbonate is an antacid that helps to treat the symptoms of heartburn and acid indigestion. Antacids may not help with the nausea, but will help alleviate some of the symptoms of a sour and irritated stomach.

Time:
It will take some people hours to get over a hangover, and some it may take days. Consider the quality time you will be sacrificing on your much needed vacation before you overindulge.

Before Drinking:
Eat - a balanced meal is preferable
Drink at least one big glass of water
Take multivitamins (especially B and C)

While Drinking:
Drink in moderation (one drink per hour limit)
Take it slow. Pace yourself. Drinking is not a contest of speed.
Drink a glass of water after every alcoholic beverage to keep you hydrated.
Choose your drink carefully and stay with one type of drink. Mixing drink types exposes you to more variety of congeners and resultant toxins for your body to deal with. Drinking too much of a sweet sugary beverage with liquor is almost guaranteed to make you vomit.

Beer has the lowest percentage of alcohol. However, It is carbonated which speeds of absorption and toxin build-up in the body.

Wine has a higher percentage of alcohol than beer but is usually not carbonated. Choosing a high quality white wine reduces your hangover risk. It will likely contain less toxin causing elements.

Liquor has the highest alcohol content and increases your hangover risk. Choose more expensive clear liquors to reduce your hangover risk. Expensive liquors are usually filtered more and thus contain less toxin causing elements.

After Drinking and Before Bed (Ask your doctor):
Take two aspirin with a full glass of water to decrease morning hangover symptoms. Especially if you are on any other medication, always ask your doctor first. If you have gone way overboard in drinking, you are best to not take any aspirin. Just drink lots of water and eat something light until you feel better.

In the Morning:
Take two more aspirin with a full glass of water unless you have a sensitive stomach. Or, taking a couple antacid tablets or liquid can soothe the upset stomach. Ask the pharmacist for recommendations. If you are currently on medication, ask your doctor.

Consider taking a multivitamin (particularly B and C)

Eat breakfast - A meal that includes eggs, a banana, and fruit juice can help get you back on track. Beverages containing caffeine will further dehydrate a drinker, such as soda, coffee and tea. Stay with juice and water until you start to feel better.

If you can still pull a bar trick off successfully, you may still be in the game. If not, cash in your chips and stop drinking.

Do not make any major decisions or drive. Your judgment is still impaired. Hold off until you feel back to normal.

Naturally, the best way to beat a hangover is to not drink. But, drinking alcoholic beverages is a popular choice for many people on vacation. Be careful when you do. You’ve worked hard for your vacation. Spend your time enjoying it, not recovering from it.

Here’s a list of hangover symptoms.
> Fatigue - due to a drop in blood sugar, namely.
> Thirst
> Headaches and muscle aches
> Nausea, vomiting or stomach pain
> Anxiety, a feeling of agitation, or other mood disturbances such as depression
> Poor or decreased sleep
> Sensitivity to light and sound
> Dizziness or a sense of the room spinning
> Fuzzy head or just feeling “out of it”
> Rapid heartbeat
> Shakiness
> Sweating
> Decreased ability to concentrate

Alcoholic beverages are fattening too. A beer usually contains about 150 calories. A margarita over 320, with the creamy drinks topping the scale. A mudslide tops in at about 820 calories (they are yummie though, shame yummie is fattening too often).

The basic calorie count presented here are only a guideline for general information and comparison:

5 oz. wine (105 calories)
8 oz. Wine (average glass) (about 190 calories)
Light beer (96 calories to 110)
12 oz. beer (150 calories)
1½ oz. 80 proof spirits (100 calories)
Kir Royale (6 oz) = 150 calories
Bloody Mary (4.6 oz) = 120 calories
Martini (2 oz) = 119 calories
Grasshopper (4 oz) = 395 calories
Cosmopolitan (2.5 oz) = 131 calories
Spiked Eggnog (8 oz) = 403 calories
Chocolatini (3.5 oz) = 346 calories
Margarita (6.3 oz) = 327 calories

(Caloric content will vary by recipe. Beverage serving size is based on a standard average size.)

Drinking responsibly is enjoyable for many people. Know your limits and stick to them. You’re in charge of yourself. Have fun in Las Vegas. Take home good memories.

Cheers!

As Klein tells us repeatedly, the girl likes sex. Hot breathing, not heavy reading. Parisian adventure you can smell, taste, see, hear, and feel.

The following is a brief summary of the expansion and remodeling project going on at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. You may read the entire project details that were announced by Harrah’s on the Caesars Palace official site.

The expansion of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas will include the addition of a 23-story, 665 room tower, that will be called Octavius Tower. It is named after the great-nephew of Julius Caesar, who later changed his name to Augustus. The Octavius Tower is scheduled to open in early 2009.

The 263,000 square foot ball room and meeting center will be constructed on two levels. It will connect to the current Palace Tower and include three new swimming pools and more. The three new pools will be elevated and replace the Apollo and other outdoor spas. It is scheduled for completion the second quarter of 2009.

The spacious new guest rooms will have luxurious marble baths with dual showers and whirlpool tubs, flat panel televisions, bedside clock radios with iPod® docking stations, and premium linen-dressed beds. Floors 21 to 23 will require a “special key card” to access these levels. These floors are scheduled for completion the second quarter of 2009.

The existing Forum Tower of Caesars Palace is scheduled for a major refurbishment. The remodel will include a new front entrance, expanded valet parking, expansive new casino interior décor, remodeled buffet restaurant, redesigned Cypress Street Marketplace café and enlarged race & sports book. In addition, executive suites, penthouses, two-bay and two-story suites are staged to be developed.

Contact Caesars Palace directly for more information on the actual completion dates. The details provided in this article are for general information purposes. Caesars Palace can provide the most updated information available.

This project will raise this opulent, luxurious hotel to a new level and increase the number of rooms available to 4,013.

Caesars Palace decor will continue to be in the spirit of Rome and the Roman Empire.

If Julius Caesar or Augustus could see Caesars Palace today, they would surely feel as though they were still in Rome. The Roman Empire would be a lot more comfortable and exciting for them, however.

Enjoy Las Vegas on a Budget

LUXOR HOTEL AND CASINO

It is possible to enjoy Las Vegas on a budget! In fact, Las Vegas can be one of the most affordable and exciting vacation spot in the world to see and experience. Millions of visitors every year are living proof.

With some research and a little planning, a visitor can anticipate and control trip expenses. Airline online websites provide detailed flight information and many times discounted vacation opportunities. Priceline is one of the leading discount sellers.

.
They offer great savings on airfare and vacation packages.

Airline cost is an important cost consideration. It is important to check flight costs and make reservations as much in advance as possible in order to get some of the best fares. Check different days of the week. Weekdays are typically lower priced than traveling on the weekend. Travelling at a different time of the year can save money too. There are many conventions held in Las Vegas that can leave many hotels sold out or rooms left at a much higher cost. The same is true with airfares. Start planning your trip early to find the best deals.

If you would like to experience Las Vegas on a budget, have the big picture in mind of how you want to enjoy Las Vegas, in order to plan an itinerary that maximizes your spent dollar. For example, taking a non-stop flight may cost $50 more for example, but you can arrive earlier and spend more time there. Sometimes shows starting at an earlier time may cost less than the later evening shows.

Consider what you plan to do and check the overall cost of those activities.
no one deals like we do!

Regarding ground transportation from the airport, a cab costs more to get to any of the resort hotels on the strip or Fremont than most other standard modes of transportation. If you get on a mode that is not air conditioned, it will make for a long and tiresome ride after flying.

It is more convenient to take a cab and may be worth the additional cost for some.

A rental car is not needed if you plan to spend your time anywhere on the Las Vegas strip or Downtown Fremont. Visitors can walk just about everywhere easily and safely.

There are a number of companies that offer shuttle buses between McCarran Airport to the hotels on the strip and downtown. Cost usually ranges from $5 per person to the strip hotels and $7 per person to downtown hotels. You may purchase a roundtrip ticket that will take care of your ride back to the airport when you are ready to leave. It will save you a couple dollars to buy the roundtrip ticket and typically costs around $8 for the strip hotels and $10 for downtown hotels.

If you prefer to save time, taxis cost about $15 to strip hotels and $23 downtown each way, plus tip.

The Las Vegas monorail is available to the public and runs between resort hotels. Monorail ticket prices start at about $5 for one ride, $15 for a one day monorail pass, up to about $40 for a three day unlimited use pass. Buy your monorail ticket on the monorail station platforms or inside the connected casinos. The monorail runs on the east side of the strip.

There are a number of monorail stations located behind the following strip casinos: Sahara, LV Hilton, Harrah’s, Flamingo, Bally’s and MGM. The Las Vegas monorail also runs to the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Hotels in Las Vegas range in price and amenities from economy to deluxe five star ratings. Older rooms in Downtown Vegas may be less than $50 per night, but hotels a block or two from the Strip may offer newer facilities and pools at comparable or just slightly higher prices.

Good buys can also be found at the magnificent Strip resorts through auto club, senior, military discounts, or mid-week specials. Check prices as early as possible. The hotels run some fantastic sales that usually are available on certain days of the week and must be booked well in advance. Shopping rates early may allow you to stay at a five-star hotel for a three-star price.

Another option is to stay at an economy hotel for part of the trip, then move to more luxurious accommodations. The moving and packing involved may be worth staying in a deluxe hotel for a night or two.

There are many gourmet restaurants that can be pricey for those on a budget. But, the resort hotels offer many buffets, quick bite, and casual style restaurants that can save you money. The Excalibur and Circus-Circus offers some very economical and good options. The fast food courts at the Venetian, New York New York offer moderate prices too. You will find excellent bargains in Fremont as well. Check with your hotel, when you arrive, for a free area coupon book. They offer some great bargains.

If you like ribs or barbecue, Tony Roma's is a tasty choice in Fremont. Las Vegas Perks offers a 2-for-1 dinner discount in case you are interested.

Many visitors come to Las Vegas to find out most or all of the shows are sold out. They usually sell out well in advance so it may be difficult if not impossible to get a ticket then. It is better to plan in advance and purchase your tickets either through the selling hotel/show or from an online retailer such as

Whether it is to see a show or go on a tour such as the Grand Canyon, it is better to plan and buy your tickets in advance. Why spend your valuable vacation time chasing around for tickets.

Las Vegas also offers many free entertainment options too. Treasure Island's "Sirens" production holds multiple free shows daily and the fountains at Bellagio display dancing waters and lovely music every 15-30 minutes. Bellagio's Conservatory, and the Erupting Volcano at the Mirage are also free shows, as examples.

Free shows at Caesar's, Circus Circus and Excalibur are especially entertaining for children, and allow guests to relax in air-conditioned comfort for an hour or so. These are a few Las Vegas free shows you'll find.

There is an assortment of other attractions. Some have a small entrance fee. Some of them include: The Venetian Gondola rides, Paris's Eiffel Tower, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, Mandalay Bay's Shark Reef, and the amusement park rides atop the Stratosphere and Circus Circus.

For those that love to shop, Las Vegas is a shopper's paradise. Most every resort hotel has a shopping promenade of some sort. Caesars Forum Shops is one of the most elaborate that simulates ancient Roman streets and has replicas of the Trevi & Triton Fountains, massive reflecting pool, dazzling skylight, statues & facades, a majestic spiral escalator.
